I have a 4 year old little boy and he had never before seen the Nutcracker. I was surprised at how interested in the movie he really was. He sat and watched all 40 minutes of the movie with mom and dad and even commented on how cool the Nutcracker and the dancing really was. The part I loved most about the movie was that in between acts the fairy invites the children to get up off the couch and dance along as they learn real ballet steps demonstrated by students from the School of American Ballet, the official academy of the New York City Ballet. So, not only are you watching a beautiful ballet, but you're able to participate and feel like a ballerina as well.

Prima Princessa Presents the Nutcracker was the perfect addition to our holiday experiences and adventures. I'm excited to have one of my nieces over to watch it who is all girl and loves everything about dressing up, dancing, and feeling like a princess. I'm positive this will be her new favorite DVD.
